Description

The data sets refer to the epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis of patients notified from 2013 to 2016, residents of the city of Oiapoque, state of Amapá. In total there were 41 reports of the disease, mostly in young males diagnosed through sputum smear who underwent the directly observed treatment. Data collection showed a failure in the notification process, with variables ignored and the municipality did not reach the cure goal proposed by the World Health Organization.
