The file contains the source data to support the manuscript "Direct loading of CTL epitopes onto MHC class I complexes on dendritic cell surface in vivo" by Peng Wang, Shuyun Dong, Peng Zhao, Xiao He, and Mingnan Chen. In the research, we developed a direct epitope loading vaccine carrier that can directly load CTL epitopes to the MHC I molecules on dendritic cell surface. We conducted a series of in vitro and in vivo experiments to characterize the direct epitope-loading vaccines and found that the direct epitope-loading vaccines can improve the CTL responses. The source data included in the file can be used to reproduce the figures in the manuscript. Specifically, the name of each data sheet corresponds to the figure that was generated from that data.
