This dataset includes five videos and four raw data-sets that are part of the article “Intercellular Pathways from the Vasculature to the Forming Bone in the Zebrafish Larval Caudal Fin: Possible Role in Bone Formation”. The data set contains two large volume stacks, obtained by cryo FIB-SEM and three fluorescence images. Stack A contains 616 micrographs comprising a volume of x = 30.75 µm, y = 23.06 µm, z = 12.32 µm, with a voxel size of x = 10 nm, y = 10 nm, z = 20 nm. Stack B: contains 609 micrographs comprising a volume of x = 37.4 µm, y = 23.4 µm, z = 24.4 µm, with a voxel size of x = 20 nm, y = 20 nm, z = 40 nm. ... The first file is a movie (.mov) of a 3d model of lumbar vertebrae 1 through 5 created from a CT scan of a prehistoric adult woman with probable brucellosis from Fate Bell Shelter. The CT scan was taken using a GE Medical systems Discovery (MI) CT scanner (slice thickness 0.625) at the Image Research Center at the University of Texas at Austin. The second file is the same data as the movie but in mesh format (.mix) created using Meshmixer.

Two movies are presented to provide a better understanding of TE0 and TE1 pulses propagation from the square waveguide crossing based on Maxwell's fisheye lens designed with transformation optics. These movies were created with Lumerical software. The input pulses had the central frequency of 208.456 THz with bandwidth of 58.95 THz.
