Huh7.5 cells were transfected with miRNA-185 for 72 hours. The lysates were labelled with the fluorophosphonate-biotin activity-based protein profiling probe. The no-probe, control transfected and miRNA-185 transfected conditions were subjected to dimethyl labelling and LC-MS/MS.
