Title of program: RITSSCHIL Catalogue Id: AADA_v1_0 Nature of problem A new program for nuclear (or atomic) shell-model calculations is described. In comparison with other presently available shell-model codes, the new program, called RITSSCHIL, can treat a larger variety of operators and it is more flexible. The reduced matrix elements of tensorial shell-model operators are calculated in a multi-shell space for nuclear (or atomic) shell-model states.
