Description

Atopic dermatitis (AD) is a common chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by typical eczematous morphology and intense pruritus with onset before 5 years of age in up to 90% of cases. The physical and psychosocial burden can have a significant negative impact on quality of life. This systematic review examines the available evidence for systemic biologics in pediatric patients with AD.
