Datasets for building REI-BNs, 1.REI datasets: two datasets with massive renewable energy incidents are used, one is hand-annotated and the other is unsupervised, both of them are collected from several news websites. 2.REI ontology: an ontology with well-defined REI risk elements and subjects that widely distribute in renewable energy systems, social systems, and ecosystems. 3. Extracted quintuplets: entities and relations extracted from the REI datasets via the StanfordOpenIE5.1 system

Raw and unsupervised textual resources: 1.www.renewablesnow.com 2.www.renewableenergyworld.com 3.www.caithnesswindfarms.co.uk In the hand-annotated dataset, the news articles or reports are split into sentences, which are manually annotated with labels.
