Description

Data shows the effect of three shapes (PE=peaberries, FL=flat beans and MI=mixed PE and FL beans in their original proportion) and six sizes (13 to 18) of green coffee beans of three varieties (CO=Colombia, CR=Costa Rica and OA=Oro Azteca), on the cup quality attributes of the beverage. Coffee beans of Size 13 (Z13) are retained on the Tyler tray for coffee with circular perforations of 13/64 inches in diameter.
