Description

the figure demonstrate that APT-SPION-CDs led to the significant decrease in toxicity for HeLa cells compare to SPION-CDs. This means that uptake of SPION-CDs was reduced in STIP1-negative cells treated with APT-SPION-CDs, so the cytotoxicity for HeLa cells would also be decreased.

Steps to reproduce

The cellular cytotoxicity of Tov6 aptamer, SPION-CDs and APT-SPION-CDs for OVCAR-3 and HeLa cells were evaluated by a standard MTT (3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide- Sigma) assay according to standard protocol.
