Collection: IX-81 Stand (Olympus) CSU-X1 Spinning disc (Yokogawa) 60x oil immersion objective; NA = 1.35 (Olympus) Frame rate = 0.5 sec/frame Analysis: Growth rates (unless indicated) were extracted from u-track analysis. For information regarding u-track settings, see Geisterfer et al. (2020). Local density code: This code is intended for use with files generated by u-track particle tracking software (ver. 2.0).
