Circular RNA GLIS2 associated differential expressed profiling in colorectal cancer

Arraystar Human Microarray V4.0 is designed for the global profiling of human LncRNAs and protein-coding transcripts, which is updated from the previous Microarray V3.0. About 40,173 LncRNAs and 20,730 coding transcripts can be detected by the third-generation microarray. We analyzed the gene expression profiles of four colorectal cacner cells: DLD1 vector control cells in serum-free condition (DLD1_VC_0FBS), DLD1 circular RNA GLIS2 overexpreesed cells in serum-free condition (DLD1_cGLIS2_0FBS), DLD1 vector control cells in completed culture medium (DLD1_VC_10FBS) and DLD1 circular RNA GLIS2 overexpressed cells in completed culture medium (DLD1_cGLIS2_10FBS). Two comparison were applied: DLD1 vector control vurse cricular RNA GLIS2 overexpressed cells in serum-free condition, DLD1 vector control vurse circular RNA GLIS2 overexpressed cells in completed culture medium. The differential expressed genes were extracted and went to futher analysis.
