Steps to reproduce

The data were collected using instrument which consists of 9 question items developed by the researcher based on the dimensions of DMK, namely the mathematical and didactic dimensions. The mathematical dimension consisted of two aspects, namely common knowledge and extended knowledge. Meanwhile, the didactic dimension consisted of six aspects, namely epistemic, interactional, cognitive, affective, mediational, and ecological aspects. The data in this study were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative methods were used to analyze participants' answers to each question that was displayed in the form of a percentage of the number of participants who answered correctly, especially the questions related to the use of knowledge of the concept of fractions in problem solving activities. Meanwhile, qualitative methods were used to analyze the data collected from the interviews with coding technique. The stages of the data analysis process in this study are conducting a detailed examination of participants' answers, grouping the results of the same or similar answers, selecting representatives of participants to be interviewed in each answer group, conducting in-depth interviews to confirm the reasons, and finally categorizing
