Description

This data set provides data support for the paper " Research on Simulation Calibration Method for In-situ Measurement of Surface Radioactivity in Nuclear Emergency Based on HPGe γ Spectrometer", including the codes and running results of MCNP simulation. The simulation object is the detection efficiency of the spectrometer when the HPGe γ spectrometer is erected at a height of 1 m from the ground, and the radioactive point sources with different energy γ rays located at different positions. The horizontal distance extends from 0m to 5m with an interval of 20cm. The ray energy includes 228 keV, 364 keV, 530 keV, 662 keV, 1173 keV, 1332 keV, 1691 keV.
