  • Activation maps for body-based cues conditions
This dataset contains activation maps and Bayes factor maps for the contrast of the judgments of relative directions (JRD) task vs. the active baseline task (i.e., visually matched math questions). 1) model.nii: This file contains the “underlay” file for the activation and Bayes factor analysis. Specifically, this file contains our model template brain, which can be used for viewing the other files. 2) fig4a.nii: This file contains a figure of the beta maps (sum of the beta coefficients from 4-8 seconds following stimulus onset) from the activation analysis for the judgments of relative directions task and it has been thresholded at a voxelwise p < 0.001 and cluster-corrected threshold of p < 0.01. 3) fig4b.nii: This file contains a figure of the Bayes factor maps from the ANOVA investigating whether there were differences as a function of body-based cues. The values in this map represent the Bayes factors in favor of the null hypotheses (i.e., BF01) and have been thresholded at BF01 > 3. 4) fig4a_enriched.nii: This file contains a figure of the beta maps (sum of the beta coefficients from 4-8 seconds following stimulus onset) from the activation analysis for the judgments of relative directions task for the “enriched” condition. This map has been thresholded at a voxelwise p < 0.001 and cluster- corrected threshold of p < 0.01. 5) fig4b_limited.nii: This file contains a figure of the beta maps (sum of the beta coefficients from 4-8 seconds following stimulus onset) from the activation analysis for the judgments of relative directions task for the “limited” condition. This map has been thresholded at a voxelwise p < 0.001 and cluster- corrected threshold of p < 0.01. 6) fig4c_impoverished.nii: his file contains a figure of the beta maps (sum of the beta coefficients from 4-8 seconds following stimulus onset) from the activation analysis for the judgments of relative directions task for the “impoverished” condition. This map has been thresholded at a voxelwise p < 0.001 and cluster-corrected threshold of p < 0.01. These files can be viewed in neuroimaging software (e.g., AFNI) by setting the "underlay" to be model.nii and the "overlay" to be one of the other 5 files.

  • A switching observer for human perceptual estimation. Laquitaine et al
Data are sorted by task (Direction task with four priors, one prior and Spatial Orientation task) and subjects subXXX. Each matlab file contains Data for an experimental block of about 200 trials.

  • Attentional changes in either criterion or sensitivity are associated with robust modulations in lateral prefrontal cortex
This dataset contains only the behavioral data. Because each Mendeley dataset is restricted to 10 GB, neuronal data is placed in separate datasets, and they can be found by searching for the article's title in Mendeley Data.

  • A fully automated approach to spike sorting - tetrode dataset
An electrophysiologic dataset collected on a tetrode (4 channels) from rat hippocampal CA1, collected at 30 KHz. For more detail, please see the linked manuscript. 83327070 total timepoints The .mda file holds the raw data, the params.json hold information used by spike sorting algorithms, and the geom.csv holds the coordinates (in microns) of the 16 contacts from the array. The .mda format has a binary header, followed by the binary data. For more information and tools about how to read these files please see the MountainSort spike sorting software documentation, linked below.
