Title of program: SU2LGT Catalogue Id: AAQY_v1_0 Nature of problem The program calculates the average action per plaquette for SU(2) lattice gauge theory. Gauge theories on a lattice were originally proposed by Wilson and Polyakov. This paper is largely based on the method adopted by Creutz for the Monte Carlo study of SU(2) gauge theory.
