The "models.bla" file contains various JSim and StochSS models for modeling of the host and viral phases of the HIV circuit.

JSim is a system for building and testing quantitative numeric simulations. Precompiled binaries of JSim can be downloaded from: https://www.physiome.org/jsim/download/index.html

StochSS is an integrated development environment (IDE) for simulation of biochemical networks.
