Description

Abstract A computer algebra program for finding polynomial conserved densities of nonlinear difference–difference equations is presented. The algorithm is based on scaling properties and implemented in computer algebra system REDUCE. The package is applicable to systems of any number of nonlinear difference–difference equations. Title of program: FDCD Catalogue Id: ADQJ_v1_0 Nature of problem The existence of conserved densities for difference-difference equations is of interest for their classification and for understanding the stability of their solutions. Versions of this program held in the CPC repository in Mendeley Data ADQJ_v1_0; FDCD; 10.1016/S0010-4655(02)00556-8 This program has been imported from the CPC Program Library held at Queen's University Belfast (1969-2019)
