Raw imaging data for: A Dual-Module ECAS Complex Couples Transcription Elongation and RNA Processing
Description
This dataset contains the raw imaging data associated with the manuscript “A Dual-Module ECAS Complex Couples Transcription Elongation and RNA Processing.” The dataset includes unprocessed and uncompressed source files for western blotting, gel imaging, immunofluorescence microscopy, and proximity ligation assay (PLA) experiments used in the main and supplementary figures. Western blot and gel images are provided as uncropped source images. Microscopy data, including IF and PLA images, are provided in the original acquisition format where available, including CZI files with the relevant fluorescence channels. Files are organized by figure number and panel to facilitate editorial review. These data are deposited to support transparency, reproducibility, and verification of the imaging results reported in the revised manuscript.
