Description

This supplementary materials are related to the main article entitled : Metabolic Responses of Thymus vulgaris to Water Deficit Stress Main article published in Current Metabolomics with DOI: 10.2174/2213235X05666170210123756 . This supplemetary material is including: 1.Time course metabolite trends in box-plot for all of the highlighted metabolites in the PCA loading plot. 2. Supplementary Table 1. Metabolic pathways contain significant metabolites demonstrated by Mi-Pack derived from KEGG. 3. Supplementary Figure 1. Examples of FT-ICR mass spectra for Thymus vulgaris (GR) leaf samples.

Steps to reproduce

FT-ICR analysis was performed in positive ion mode for the polar fraction in 14 groups (days) with 6 biological replicates/day and 3 technical replicates. In order to process the generated mass spectra, 2 technical replicates out of 3 with 80 % sample filter were retained (peaks occurred at least 80% of samples within a group independently).
