Description

These are softwares to build an active sensor network to study CH4 and CO2 gases emission from aquatic environment. Instruction to use Producer_submittedCode is described in Supplementary material of the article. Xbeedatalogger code is compiled and embedded into a microchip of an Xbeedatalogger board as an instruction in SI of Duc et. al. (2013).
