Structure and properties of luminescent ceramics GdNbO4 obtained by usual technology and by hot pressing

Description

GdNbO4 ceramic samples were prepared from powders synthesized by sol-gel method. Usual ceramic technology (UCT) and hot pressing (HP) have been applied for this. Samples were also vacuum annealed. XRD analysis have been maid; microstructure, particle size distribution in ceramics grains. This dataset contains all these data for GdNbO4 ceramic samples prepared due to different technologies, both vacuum annealed and not.
