Description

DNA sequence alignments used for phylogenetic reconstruction and molecular clock inference of Cyclophyllidea species.  All alignment (PHYLIP files) were cited in the article "Expansion of Cyclophyllidea biodiversity in rodents of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and the “out of QTP” hypothesis of cyclophyllideans".  The file names represent the alignment files used for the corresponding figures in above article before trimming. The corresponding species of the GenBank ID or No. in the files are available in Supplementary Tables of the article.
