High-Resolution 1H NMR of Powdered Solids by Homonuclear Dipolar Decoupling - Supplementary Material
Contributors: Federico Maria Paruzzo
... This folder contains the supplementary material of: Paruzzo, F.M and Emsley, L., High-Resolution 1H NMR of Powdered Solids by Homonuclear Dipolar Decoupling, J. Magn. Res. 2019. (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.jmr.2019.106598) This paper focuses on the comparison of experimental performance of homonuclear dipolar decoupling schemes, and it provides guidelines for the optimization of such experiments. This folders contains all the raw data of the experiments shown in the manuscript, as well as all the Bruker "au" and pulse programs necessary for the implementation of such experiments.
Redox governed electro-fermentation improves lipid production by the oleaginous yeast Rhodosporidium toruloides: metabolic model and in silico results
Contributors: Philipp Arbter
... This data repository contains the in silico results of the following publication: Arbter, P., Sinha, A., Troesch, J., Utesch, T., Zeng, A.-P., 2019. Redox governed electro-fermentation improves lipid production by the oleaginous yeast Rhodosporidium toruloides. Bioresource Technology 294, 122122. 10.1016/j.biortech.2019.122122. The dataset contains all calculated elementary modes as separate excel files for each tested carbon source and the used metabolic model of R. toruloides in SBML format. It also contains a comprehensive description of the two tested electron transfer mechanisms, a list of the used reaction equations and an overview of the results obtained for all twenty tested scenarios.

... Differential gene expression analysis (RNA-sequencing) assessed in the SC from L5-SNL rats and non-injured rats, treated with vehicle or C286. Raw counts per gene (Raw counts.zip file) were normalized (quantile normalization; Normaliez counts.zip), then used for a differential gene expression analysis relative to the sample non-injured + vehicle (Diff_expression_DESeq2.zip). In addition, we have included herein a supplementary Table containing Gene Ontology (GO) terms per gene co-expression paths issued from the differential expression analysis. Notice that GO terms are described by their confidence of enrichment, expressend on "-10*log10(p-value).

... The file "THEMIStaudustMY33_34.dat" is a table of column dust optical depth retrieved from THEMIS infrared observations during Mars Years 33 and 34. The file "THEMIStempsMY33_34.dat" is a table of brightness temperatures observed by THEMIS in Bands 3 and 10 during Mars Years 33 and 34. THEMIS Band 3 (centered at 7.93 microns) is the most transparent THEMIS Band and thus closest to surface temperature although during regional and global dust storms there can be appreciable contribution from dust. THEMIS Band 10 (centered at 14.88 microns) is indicative of atmospheric temperatures over a broad range of altitudes centered at about 0.5 mbar or 25 km. The THEMIS Band 10 brightness temperature is also commonly called "T15", meaning brightness temperature at 15 microns. Inside the folder "Supplemental Files for JGR" are additional files used in creating plots for "THEMIS observations of the 2018 global dust storm" (Smith, M.D., JGR-Planets, 2019JE006107). The file "zdust.txt" contains the equivalent altitude of atmospheric dust, dust, measured in scale heights above the surface" (Figure 3). The file "slope.txt" contains data found in Figure 4. The file "TES.SeasonalClimatology.txt" file contains retrievals of atmospheric quantities (dust and water ice optical depth, T15 temperature) from TES spectra used in Figures 9 and 10.

... We present the technique for the measurement the LPS statical adsorption on the particles in the area of relatively low concentrations. Direct photon count allows us to detect LPS concentration securely from 100 pM. Using this technique we demonstrate how preequilibration pH affects the results. Raw adsorption data sufficient for building adsorption isotherm is also presented for two sorbents.
