... Audio data comprising naturally-occurring spoken discourse in support of paper on future expression in Gã. Due largely to the overwhelming frequency of the temporal function in the discourse data, I maintain that the primary function of bàá- is as a tense marker and not a modal, as has been suggested by Dakubu (2008). I show that àá- is now reserved primarily for coding epistemic modality. Gã is therefore unique among Kwa languages, which have been said to be tenseless. ... Labeled dataset of frog calls recorded at Yasuní National Park using directional and omni-directional microphones. We trained a Bayesian classifier with Gaussian Mixture Models and applied it to study the audio in Unidentified Long Recordings. The results of the analysis are in the related article. We showed that the application of a frog-call recognition algorithm allows the estimation of presence-absence of the trained subset of species in real-world recordings of an actual amphibian monitoring made in the wild.

The primary question investigated was ‘How do Deakin University academic staff perceive the role of liaison librarians?’ This investigation was conducted to collect and analyze data to better understand how academics at Deakin University perceive the role of librarians, regardless of whether they are faculty liaison or service desk based, and to help inform how liaison librarians at Deakin University undertake their role. Focus groups were formed by inviting academics and selected library staff to participate in an activity, during which they created an artifact – a visual representation of the role of a liaison librarian using mixed media, including drawing and collage. During an unstructured interview section, participants gave an oral explanation of their work in order to make meaning of their creative representation. This was recorded, and de-identified, for data analysis.

... Presented is the source code for the CrystalGrower Visualiser: a visualisation package for use with the CrystalGrower simulation tool. The visualiser software is open source for users to modify. Source code is formatted for use with Visual Studio 2015 or later. This program allows users to visualise and study simulations performed with the CrystalGrower program. Images and movies can be captured using this tool and presented for use in publications or presentations. Visualisation methods include: natural tiling, spheres and atoms + bonds, dependent on the structures selected. The CrystalGrower Visualiser can display zeolite, MOF, molecular, ionic and atomic crystals. File manuals are included for both the CG and CGV, with examples provided for all file types
