Frequencies of copy number gain and loss, LOH, and copy neutral LOH for 57 BRCA1 hypermethylated and 52 BRCA1-null tumors. 2. RNAseq data for 27 ER- and PR-negative BRCA1 germline cases originally reported by Jönsson et al. (PMID=22706203) as GSE25307.
