The study aimed to evaluate gender differences in cervical range of motion and forward head posture and to determine the correlation of anthropometric parameters with cervical mobility. Variables included age, gender, height, weight, BMI, hip circumference, waist circumference, hip-waist ratio, craniovertebral angle, and cervical range of motion measurements (flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation). All data have been anonymized and can be used for educational and research purposes.
