<dc:title>Global Food Enzyme List (IECG, 2026)</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>Global list of food enzymes and their production organisms accepted or formally approved for use in food at the time of publication in one or more of the following countries: Australia/New Zealand, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Mexico, South Korea, and United States. List prepared and updated by the International Enzyme Coordination Group (IECG), a global collaboration platform established by the Enzyme Technical Association (ETA) and the Association of Manufacturers and Formulators of Enzyme Products (AMFEP), with several other enzyme industry groups in Brazil, China, and Japan. Current edition (April 2026) contains 338 unique enzyme entries, representing over 100 different enzymes / EC numbers, produced with various production organisms. Further information (such as specific countries of approval for each enzyme) can be made available to regulatory agencies and other well-recognized organizations upon request to AMFEP (https://amfep.org/) or the ETA (https://www.enzymetechnicalassociation.org/).</dc:description>
