Gut, Daniel Knee and sacroiliac joints MRI scans Mendeley Data A data set consisting of MRI scans collections used for analysis of possibility to use superpixels to improve medical images annotations reliability. It contains 6 3D images of knee joint of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (before and after contrast administration) and 9 3D images of sacroiliac joints of patients with sacroiliitis in the course of axial spondyloarthritis.
