Thomas, Peter 2026_Bulk MBC subset IgG and IgM sequencing Mendeley Data Data uploaded provides BCR repertoire sequencing data present for the Muir et al., publication in PLOS Pathogens (2026). Different MBC subsets (Resting, Activated, TLM) of the IgM and IgG BCR heavy chain isotypes were bulk sorted from PBMC samples and repertoire sequencing performed on these. Data uploaded is the raw .fastq files ('Fastqs' folder).
