Roa-Rojas, Jairo Semiconductor-ferromagnetic nature of rare-earth based ferrocobaltite SmFe0.5Co0.5O3 Mendeley Data Original data from X-ray diffraction measurements, diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, electrical resistivity, current-voltage curves (JvsE), magnetic moment as a function of temperature, magnetic moment as a function of applied field, electronic band structure, and density of electronic states as a function of energy are included for the perovskite-type material SmFe0.5Co0.5O3, from whose analyses its semiconducting ferromagnetic characteristic in the temperature regime T<300 K is demonstrated.
