Data contains individual data regarding correlations between cardiovascular, cognitive, glycemic, and inflammatory parameters. The data comprises the delta of the effects of exercise intervention (pre-training minus post-training) on cardiovascular, glycemic, and inflammatory parameters, and their correlation with cognitive changes induced by intervention.
