<dc:title>Nature-based vs indoor calisthenics on performance and well-being (affect)</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>The present data stems from a trial where two groups of participants exercised a 12-exercise calisthenics routine in a nature-based environment (group A) and indoors (group B). The aim was to test how exercising the same routine in different environments would affect well-being and cognitive measures, performance, and movement adaptability measured by body segment accelerations.

Data sets 1 and 2 include all of the outcomes and process measures, for use in SPSS.
