It includes measurements of water absorption and solubility at different contact times, as well as hardness and elasticity values after 15, 30, and 45 days of storage, compared with paper straws. In addition, it presents the results of microbiological analyses for molds, yeasts, and total coliforms, conducted in triplicate throughout the storage period.
