Indicators that influence a student in choosing work. there are 8 indicators namely, work fields (Government Work Sector, Non-Governmental, Entrepreneurship), Education Suitability to the work field, (suitable, not suitable), Salary (> IDR 3,500,000, IDR 3,001,000 - 3,500,000, IDR 2,001,000 - 3,000,000, <IDR 2,000,000) Workplace Reputation (very good, quite good), Workplace Distance (<5 km - 10 km, 10 km - 20 km,> 20 km), and Workplace Facilities (family allowances, medical benefits, operational vehicles).
