<dc:title>Spatial profiling identifies a distinct and topographically-defined tumor microenvironment that emerges during multiple myeloma evolution</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>This dataset includes RDS files containing unprocessed and processed Xenium spatial transcriptomic data, imaging mass cytometry data, and image masks. The data were generated and analyzed as part of the study by Koops et al. (Spatial profiling identifies a distinct and topographically-defined tumor microenvironment that emerges during multiple myeloma evolution, Blood Cancer Discovery, 2026), focusing on the tumor microenvironment across the myeloma disease spectrum.
The complete raw dataset is available through the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under accession number GSE345302.The accompanying Xenium metadata CSV file provides the information required to link the metadata provided in this dataset to the corresponding raw data files in GEO. Because the data are provided as an integrated object, basic cell identifiers may occur in more than one sample. Metadata should therefore be transferred using the GEO accession number (or tissue slide) together with the cell_id_base metadata column, rather than using the basic cell identifier alone.</dc:description>
