Plotnikov, Andrei AgriBank users reviews from Web Mendeley Data The Dataset contains collected reviews (N=10441) about Russian Agricultural Bank (https://www.banki.ru/services/responses/list/) (2006-2020 period). In the Dataset included only those reviews that contain ratings, reviews without ratings were ignored. 'Responses_header' and 'responses_message' columns are translated text from Russian to English via the Google translator API. 'r_v_c_4' are clusters by features are 'raiting_summary_normal', 'responses_rating_grade', 'views', 'comments'; numbers indicate the optimal number of clusters.
