<dc:title>Effect of Vestibular and Auditory exercises on Postural control and Coordination among individuals with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>This study investigated the effects of auditory exercises, vestibular exercises, and their combination on postural control and coordination among individuals diagnosed with Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV). BPPV is a common vestibular disorder characterized by dizziness, vertigo, impaired balance, and reduced postural control, which can negatively impact functional mobility and quality of life. A randomized controlled trial was conducted in which participants were allocated to different intervention groups and assessed using outcome measures related to balance, dizziness, and coordination before and after the intervention period. The findings demonstrated significant improvements across all intervention groups, with the combined auditory and vestibular exercise program showing greater benefits in postural control, coordination, and reduction of dizziness-related disability. These results suggest that integrating auditory exercises with vestibular rehabilitation may enhance sensory integration, facilitate vestibular compensation, and improve functional performance in individuals with BPPV. The dataset includes demographic characteristics, pre- and post-intervention outcome measures, and statistical analyses evaluating the effectiveness of the interventions.</dc:description>
