Manukovskaya, Diana Quantitative description of internal 3D structure of a geological sample using algebraic topology methods Mendeley Data This data is a result of 3d X-mCT study of a real geological sample (meimechite from the Kontozero complex) and its analysis using Minkowski functionals. File 1 is the initial X-ray Computed Tomography pattern. Files 2-5 contain 4 phases (brightness levels, X-ray density levels) on the initial pattern. They were separated by the multi-Otsu method.
