Serum endocan levels were measured by ELISA and analyzed in relation to metabolic markers (lipid profile, fasting glucose, HbA1c), inflammatory indices (CRP, WBC), body composition (bioelectrical impedance analysis), and physical performance (handgrip strength, 30-second sit-to-stand test).
