Sokol, Pavol Dataset of cybersecurity services contracts Mendeley Data The dataset comprises 567 procurement contracts concluded between 23 July 2019 and 6 November 2025 between Slovak public authorities (purchasers) and private enterprises (suppliers) for the delivery of cybersecurity services. Contract data were obtained from the Central Register of Contracts (Centrálny register zmlúv), a publicly maintained repository governed by Act No. 211/2000 Coll. (Freedom of Information Act). Contracts were selected based on: (I) presence of keywords "cyber," "cybersecurity," or abbreviation "KB" (Slovak) in the contract title; and (II) identification of active suppliers across contracts matching criterion (I). The dataset is provided as both XLSX and CSV formats, containing the same records with attributes classified into eight categories: 1. Basic Information and Metadata, 2. Contract Subject Matter (Cybersecurity Focus), 3. Contract Validity, 4. Contract Price, 5. Liability for Damages, 6. Contractual Penalties, 7. Contract Termination, and 8. Information Protection. Attributes comprise both numerical variables (e.g., remuneration, penalty amounts) and binary variables (e.g., presence or absence of penalty clauses).
