Guilarte, Gerardo Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Janus Kinase Inhibitors in Chronic Hand Eczema: A Network Meta-analysis Mendeley Data This dataset contains the extracted study characteristics, efficacy outcomes, safety outcomes, and risk-of-bias assessments used in the systematic review and network meta-analysis, “Comparative Efficacy and Safety of Janus Kinase Inhibitors in Chronic Hand Eczema: A Network Meta-analysis.” The review evaluated phase 2a, 2b, and 3 studies of topical and oral Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors in adults with clinician-diagnosed chronic hand eczema. Extracted outcomes included IGA-CHE treatment success, Hand Eczema Severity Index (HECSI) outcomes, itch numerical rating scale, Dermatology Life Quality Index (DLQI), infections, and application-site reactions. Included interventions comprised delgocitinib, gusacitinib, and ruxolitinib. The dataset includes study characteristics and extracted outcomes, as well as risk-of-bias assessments using Cochrane RoB 2 for randomized trials and ROBINS-I for non-randomized studies.
