<dc:title>Enhancing Thermal Performance in Batch Retorts: Impact of Rack Geometry on Heat Transfer and Energy Efficiency.</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>This dataset contains experimental temperature measurements as a function of time (in hours) collected during industrial autoclave thermal processing cycles for canned food sterilization. Data were acquired using a multichannel temperature logging system, including up to 32 sensors (CH01–CH32) distributed across different positions within the loading carts and in the free steam region of the autoclave. The dataset enables analysis of heat distribution and thermal penetration during the heating, holding, and cooling stages of the process. It is suitable for thermal validation studies, kinetic modeling (e.g., heating and cooling rate constants), and performance evaluation of different loading configurations, including redesigned cart geometries. Data are organized in tabular format, where each row represents a time point and each column corresponds to an individual measurement channel.</dc:description>
