Al Shafi, Abdullah BNDSNER: A Large-scale Medical NER Corpus in Bangla Mendeley Data This is a large scale corpus for medical NER in Bangla, containing almost 25k sentences with 100k+ tokens. The initial data was collected using python web scripting techniques (https://pypi.org/project/beautifulsoup4/) from varieties of sources. After that, we annotate with disease (D) and symptom (S) using IOB2 for our work. You can use the corpus as it is if you need only disease and symptom entities.
