<dc:title>Raw datasets from canine adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells proteomics cultured under conditions of hypoxia (DFO), inflammation (IFN-gamma) or both.</dc:title>
    <dc:publisher>Mendeley Data</dc:publisher>
<dc:description>Study question: The DFO, IFN-gamma and both can change proteome of canine adipose tissue-derived MSCs (cAT-MSCs)?

What data shows: These data show the cAT-MSCs profile proteomic of 4 experimental groups, control (n = 6), DFO (n = 6), IFN-gamma and IFN-gamma+DFO (n = 6). In the control group, cells were maintained in DMEM/F-12 containing 1% Pen-Strep and 1% Fungizone (base medium). The DFO group consisted of cells maintained in base medium + 50 µmol of DFO. In the IFN-gamma group, cells were maintained in base medium containing 50 ng/ml IFN-gamma. In the IFN-gamma+DFO group, cells were maintained in base medium containing 50 µmol of DFO and 50 ng/ml IFN-gamma. In all groups, cultures were conducted in an incubator at 37.5 °C, with 5% CO2 in air and 100% humidity for 48 hours. After harvesting, cAT-MSCs collected and were separated of the culture medium by centrifugation and prepared individually for proteomic analysis by ESI Q-Tof mass spectrometer.

How the data can be interpreted: There are four folders in the dataset, separated by control, DFO, IFN-gamma and IFN-gamma+DFO, with all quantified cell proteins, per culture, properly identified.</dc:description>
