Osman, Nazia Practicing mindfulness amid the COVID-19 pandemic: Using photovoice to understand healthcare professionals' experiences Mendeley Data A four-week online MBI intervention for HPs was designed and implemented using the Zoom platform. An exploratory qualitative analysis of the HPs’ experiences over the four weeks was conducted using a photovoice methodology. Using interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA), subthemes were generated. The major themes identified were disengaging the autopilot, stress, acceptance and self-care, with subthemes time pressure, mindless movement, anxiety, helplessness, empowerment, faith, and change in relationship to self and environment.
