PURNOMO, SLAMET Dataset of mental health and nutrition on COVID-19 patients in Indonesia Mendeley Data This data article presented about the data of nutrition and mental health including anxiety, depression, and stress among 259 respondents that has analyzed descriptively. The data has been collected using online questionnaire in Samarinda City, East Kalimantan Island, Indonesia among post-covid-19 patients in several sub-districts area of Samarinda. The data collected using purposive sampling, at one-time data retrieval in 2022 using Short Form Food Literacy Questionnaire (SFLQ) and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale-21 (DASS-21).
