Laurents, Douglas hCPEB3_NMR_Spectra Mendeley Data NMR Spectra of human CPEB3's intrinsically disordered domain (residues 1-426 of isoform 2) obtained at pH 4.0 in 1 mM acetic acid (d4) and 25ºC. The spectra were obtained on a Bruker 800 MHz (1H) Avance spectrometer equipped with a 3 channel cyroprobe and Z-gradients. The disordered domain was studied as eight segments which are 100 residues long and overlap, i.e. segment 1 is residues 1-100, segment 2 is 51-150, segment 3 is 101 to 200, etc. Data is presented for 7 segments (1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8); segment 2 was insoluble. For each segment, the spectral data for the 2D HSQC and 2D HCO; and/or hncacoNcaNCO, HNCO or hncaCOncaNCO are provided.
