The survey was designed for municipal officials involved in solid waste management and includes sections on collection, classification, final disposal, governance structures, budgeting, and sustainability indicators. The data gathered informed a fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) of governance configurations and sustainability outcomes.
