It spans chatbot, CRM, agent workflow, receptionist, training and consulting scenarios with explicit input assumptions: monthly volume, minutes per item today, automated or assisted share, loaded hourly cost, build or setup cost, and monthly running cost. Outputs include monthly hours returned at full adoption, monthly value of time returned, estimated payback period and first-year net position. The rows are illustrative models rather than survey averages, so every output can be traced back to its formula and inputs. A README describes the method, columns, CC BY 4.0 licence and citation.
