ashley, ashley Dynamic Oxylipin Responses Following Mechanical ACL Injury with Implications for Post-Traumatic Osteoarthritis Mendeley Data This dataset contains raw NanoString nCounter transcript counts from whole tibiofemoral joints of C57BL/6J mice. Samples include uninjured naïve controls and injured mice collected 3, 7, and 14 days after unilateral ACL rupture. The counts were generated with a custom code set of 57 genes covering four categories: extracellular matrix (ECM) structure and remodeling; inflammatory cytokines and chemokines; and immune response. The file also contains GAPDH and HPRT housekeeping genes and the nCounter positive and negative control probes. The counts are unnormalized and are provided so that users can apply their own normalization and analysis.
